We want you to be able to participate in all classes regardless of experience. Our instructors make sure that you are involved and that each participant determines how hard they want to train. In the exercices feel unfamiliar remember that practice makes perfect. The next session will be easier.

PILATES

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Pilates strenghtens the back, abdominals, and glute muscles, develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and breathing. Every muscle is activated during exercise, by using concentrated breathing control. Good breathing technique, body and soul engagement will leave you with a feeling of harmony, success, and relaxation.


PILATES MAGIC CIRCLES

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Magic circle is an effective tool, which was invented by Joseph H. Pilates primarily for the use of strengthening the muscles of the chest, arms, muscles between the shoulder blades, and also inner and outer thighs.



YOGA

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Yoga calms the mind, increases flexibility and coordination, and fights against stress. It also strengthens, not only the core, but also sculpts muscles of the entire body to create a slender shape.


POWER YOGA

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Comes from traditional yoga. Positions during the lesson are dynamically changed with a focus on muscle strength and flexibility.

NIKE TRAINING CLUB

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Is the name of a dynamic and intensive functional training class, that includes components of athletic training. Trainings are creative, and muscle endurance and fitness level are increased. Body weight is used, along with other tools such as medicine ball, light weights, kettlebells, ropes.

 

CIRCUIT TRAINING

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The goal of this class is to learn how to use the main muscles groups used in everyday life, and therefore to avoid possible injury. Even though we use weights (dumbbells, bars, plates) for specific muscles groups, the class is also considered as functional training.


BODY WORK

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Is an intensive and physically demanding class focused on strenghtening the muscles of the whole body using only body weight, through the training of coordination and balance. The class helps you to stay fit in everyday life and brings satisfaction of exceeding goals.


FLOW IN

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The concept of this class was developed in the surroundings of professional decathletes. FLOWIN® can fully compensate for all other fitness activities; it is based on natural and smooth movements without rough landings or straining of joints. Special slide boards are used with only one's body weight.


CORE TRAINING 30‘

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Is an intensive class focused on integrated strength training of the core muscles. It also contains balance exercises and helps correct possible muscle assymetry. The class primarily takes place on a mat. This class may be combined with any other class, but is most effective when combined with a cardio activity or with cycling/spinning.


BODY PUMP

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Is a strength training class focused on muscles growth and symmetry using complex exercises of main muscles groups in our bodies. A weighted bar is used in this class. The weight load is adjusted for each muscle group and to each individual's muscle strength.

KICK BOX

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Kick Box is an aerobic exercise class based on components of combat sports. In this class, you will strengthen your cardiovascular and respiratory systems and your overall condition. Components of box and kick box are for example: strikes, kicks, evasions and dodges.


SCHWINN CYCLING

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Is a special concept of indoor cycling. This training on a bike has a phylosophy and a schooling system. Thanks to planning, so-called periodization, the class focuses on various goals. For example, the Hill lesson increases muscle strength, the Low and Endurance lesson increases fitness level, and the High and Endurance lesson strengthens the cardiovascular system. All in all, the various goals work together to reach one ultimate goal: to be competent, resistant, and fit.


GRIT PLYO

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

It is a 30 minute, high intensity interval training using plyometric elements inspired by training professional athletes - HIIT workout. In these lessons we use a combination of step and free weights along with elements of training to build lean and athletic bodies. The classes are coached on intensive music under the guidance of inspirational coaches who will motivate you to put everything into your training and to get fit. The aim of the exercise is to get above the aerobic respiration, which can shift your performance.

Exercise is recommended for only healthy, trained athletes without any medical restrictions.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Is an aerobic class, which contains various dance styles, such as house dance, street dance, or afro, for example. The class is led by our prominent dance group Art Edition.


ZUMBA

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Is a fun dance fitness program, which is currently very popular worldwide. It is a form of interval training, alternating between fast and slow songs. The class dances not only to the rhythm of Latin American dances, but others as well.


LATINO DANCE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Is a class with components of Latin American dances, such as salsa, cha-cha, merengue, raggeton, and samba. The step variations and easily manageable. It is an aerobic exercise class, focused on the development of coordination and increasing fitness level.
