General description:
Aerobics class that uses in fitness moves to achieve an intense workout for toning major muscle groups.

Lesson plan:
After a similar warm-up like a classic aerobics class, which gradually increase the intensity of effort by the complexity of steps and the execution rithm, the you proceed to the execution of exercises of force with your own weight or different auxiliary materials for toning classes - bars, dumbbells, steppers. These exercises aimed at toning the first part of the training the large muscle groups thighs, chest, back. Further are requested medium and small muscle groups - legs, shoulders, arms, abdomen, buttocks and lower back muscles. The end of this class include relaxation exercises and/ or breath.

Objectives:
