CORE EXPRESS
The exercises made durring the Core Express classes are meant to focus on the core of the body. The core body is represented by its center: the abdomen, back and center of stability. It is a World Class proper concept and a class take around 30 minutes of training. Durring the training you will use some equipments, too.
Core Express has some exercises for the back, helping to develop it smoothly, results beeing easily seen in your daily activities. Balance is another aspect that puts more emphasis and which will give you better control over the body. It has a pre-choreographed program, which lets you to see the progress during training.
